I use the TICKR X for awesome Indoor Cycling workouts. The TICKR X measures my cycling cadence when I am on the KICKR. Plus, I can see what my heart rate zones so I know when to push and when to rest. If it weren’t for the TICKR X I wouldn’t have survived the Six Gap Century in North GA with over 11k of climbing!
