PEAR Sports and Wahoo have teamed up to bring you a new workout channel with exciting, exclusive content. Whether you’re a cyclist, runner or fitness enthusiast, you’ll find something to get your heart pumping. PEAR takes pride in strategically hand-selecting the brand partners that will resonate and provide the most long-term benefits to users. We were excited to team up with Wahoo for this reason. PEAR and Wahoo will do all the planning and data tracking while you enjoy a killer workout.

PEAR is a fitness app that has thousands of workouts to choose from and many different trainers to work with. This enables PEAR to give everyone the ability to access knowledgeable coaches who are experts in their field. The user can choose a workout, press start, and the coach takes it from there.

When using the PEAR App, the TICKR X will count the reps for you, leaving you to focus on your form and breath! The TICKR X will also hold you accountable as it does not report a rep unless it has been completed in the full range of motion. It’s like having me right there with you! The TICKR X will also provide you real-time heart rate data, ensuring that you are working hard enough and training in the proper heart rate zones. That means you will be getting you the most effective workout with the best results.

Each week I will be writing a new blog post and including a short video to demonstrate that week’s workout. I will also be discussing how the workouts in the PEAR app are enhanced with the use of the TICKR X.
