    Yeah, cycling and running. I really dig running too. Hill repeats, fartlek, going long, ultras………but yeah cycling too. I can’t get the high on a bike like I can running though.

    I have arthritis. At 60+ I have to take the low impact route. Still doesn’t mean I don’t get my heart rate above my average at the gym, hiking or swimming. I encourage those younger than me, and even ask them for their advice. I learn a lot from people that take care of themselves. Being called “Gramps” doesn’t mean you’re over the hill.
